I'm 6 months post-op, so my doc says I'm far enough along in my recovery to "push through" some of the swelling without it doing any damage. I've been kinda backing off when I start swelling, but he says to take an NSAID, ice it, then go for it....slowly of course.
So, wish me luck! It's on.............again! :wink:
