Amaranh and Quinoa are 2 ancient grains, flax, bulgur, tritical (cross - wheat + rye ),farina?0

No, amaranth and quinoa are not grains. They are part of the same family as beets. Flax is also not a grain.
Bulgar, triticale, and farina are all wheat. So they are grains.0 -
Okay, often called pseudo grains.
amaranth is a pigweed relative ( ha! ?) Referred to as an herb, a veg. Has its own genus class with 60 species. Whatever, I like it, but still cant get it to pop!
Quinoa - technically a fruit, chenopodium family, called a weed of lambs quarters, herb, and MOTHER GRAIN to the Incas as it gave long life. Whatever, I like it, but still can't get it to pop!
AAOOB FOODS. C
