Welcome all! I'm Pam, and I'm vegan, grain-free, with multiple allergies and intolerances. I run, work full time, and homeschool my LD 13 yo son. So there's not a lot of time for meal prep most nights, and I try to keep things pretty simple. With my multiple restrictions, basically everything has to be created from scratch.

Have You heard of or tried any of these New Raw Noodles? Kelp Black Bean Fettucini Ming Bean Fettucini ..these are Only to be 2 ingredients.. itself & water..I'm not sure on the Kelp Noodles.. Soba noodles I've done & love.( buckwheat,just be sure to get the low sodi ones) Thoughts?:flowerforyou:

New to grain free living

Increased Fat intake/ macro's
I'm gluten intolerant and since getting rid of wheat products my macros have changed so carbs are smaller and fat content is larger (I'm trying to up my protein as well) . Tips on substitutions
In most recipes, you can sub arrowroot or tapioca starch for cornstarch or sweet rice flour. Other flours that you can use in the place of grain flours include buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, legume, root, or plantain flour.
