Anyone in our age group using the Fitbit and if so, how do you like it? I am thinking of buying one to help keep me motivated.

This is funny. I recently left this group because I liked Woman of a Certain Age and now you posted something here that I wanted to reply to -- so I had to rejoin. LOL.

I just got my fitbit. I've been writing about it, but I've got lots of good feedback and I found a fitbit user's group under the "Help" tab. It seems awesome but I haven't even downloaded for the first time. Will do after dinner tonight. It even tracks the quality of your sleep. This is a big issue for me since menopause.

    Good luck!

I have a Polar HRM but am interested in the Fitbit for the 'sleeping' or rather should I say the 'fitful sleeplessness' I experience. Interested in replies. Coach Jude let us know what you learn.

I just got mine in the mail two days ago, but haven't started to use it yet. Hopefully, sometime today, I will find the time to get it out of the box and get going. Anxious to see how it works for me. My niece uses one and she is absolutely happy with hers. All the luck to everyone here in their weight loss and healthier lives. Together, we can ge this done.:flowerforyou:
