need to loss 60-80 -the last 14 years I have put that all on after we adopted our grandchild with extra needs, I have put all my time careing for her -which I love very much but I forgot to take care of myself now if I want to keep up with her I need to get this weight off.
I am down 3 lbs this AM, finally busted out of plateau!! I increased protein, reduced carbs and added back some fat to my diet.
