Ok ladies, how about we work our biceps today with 1-2 sets of bicep curls. You can use free weights, barbell, milk cartons, anything you can hold onto that is heavy enough. You can do them sitting or standing, both arms at the same time or one at a time. Just be sure to go slowly and use as heavy of a weight as you can manage to do 8-12 reps.
