I have been on MFP for about year but have been absent for several months due to work schedule, etc.....I have to make me time and get back on track. My diet isn't that bad but no time to exercise since I commute 3-4 hours per day. But have to find some way to fit it in. I am looking for friends to help motivate me and I will do the same! Looking for a good group with alot of active members! I just got new phone so I can get online at work so no more excuses for logging and intend on walking at work at least 3 times a week to start.....gonna go crazy if I don't start moving again. If anyone wants to add me please do! I hope to make a lot of new friends!
