so confused... my regular goal is 1700, I ate 1988. Fitbit tells me that I burned an excess of 554 calories today for a net of 1434. do I eat the 266 remaining calories which would bring what I ate up to 2254 with a net of 1700?? My fitbit dashboard says I burned a total of 2220 today...
or leave well enough alone?

You need to make sure that your net is above your BMR so if your BMR is 1700 you will need to eat the 266 calories back.0
