Quick sweetness

When you are really needing something sweet, what do you turn to without adding all the carbs? I have been doing my SF Jello with Reddi Whip but sometimes that just doesnt cut it. What does it for you???

I'm a big fan of the True Lemonade, but might be too tart for some. I like both the Lemon and Raspberry flavour. I tend to drink it more watered down than the directions. About 1.25 litres instead of 1 litre. I haven't tried it yet, but hoping it can be made into popsicles (icypoles).

I'm usually happy with half a Quest bar or a chocolate protein shake made with almond milk and a bit of heavy cream, but sometimes...

Chocolate mug cake! http://www.pbs.org/food/fresh-tastes/microwave-chocolate-cake/ Doesn't get much quicker than that, and it's actually pretty tasty. I substitute erythritol and a bit of EZ-Sweetz for the sugar, but I assume other sweeteners would work fine too. With the sweeteners I use, it's 2.5 carbs per cake.

http://yourlighterside.com/minute-microwave-cheesecake/ This is also really quick and tasty, if you're a cheesecake fan. ;) Another one with 2.5 carbs as it is, though I like a bit of almond meal and sugar-free strawberry syrup on it.
