HELP... AGAIN... sorry

I know someone had posted a list on here a while back of their Low Carb Pantry. A few days ago, I needed a reminder so I wanted to print that list. So, PLEASE what should I put on my grocery list for Low Carb. Just some FYI...

I don't eat bread, tortillas, etc... if i can eat it plain with no carbs, why not do that. We made stuffed peppers the other day. I took the left overs to my boss who is also low carb, but she couldn't believe how good it tasted without rice, she was taken aback by that...

So PLEASE PLEASE Please... gimme a shopping list o things I should stock up on... the things I always keep stock of are

Chicken Tenderloins
string cheese
almond or soy milk (to make protein shakes)
Lettuce (to use as buns for hamburgers)
almonds
feta cheese
spring mix... although I am surpised at the carb content in it, its so delicious... and its not like there is THAT MANY and its good for you, so anyhow... Spring Mix

What else do you have, that is mainly for munchies sake... and recipie sake... I'm getting bored with my menu.

THANKS TONS!
Ronney

    Stuffed peppers are great :)

I always keep some eggs and bacon around, sometimes I mix it up with bacon and eggs ;)

I like stir frying varies varieties of meat, lamb is my favourite, add in some veggies (mostly non-starchy) and you can't go far wrong really. I do the same with beef and pork mince.

Heavy whipping cream goes well in my coffee as well as with some strawberries.

My OH loves Greek Yoghurt but I'm not really a fan, I can see the health benefits though.

Tinned tuna is good for munchies, I tend to spice it up a bit and chuck in a mixed salad (mostly leafy).

Talking of tuna, I like to do a bake that lasts a couple of days ... Tuna + Veggies + Sour Cream all topped with cheese, lob in oven until golden. Can't go wrong, I guess cheese could stall some people but I seem to tolerate it well.

When we can afford it a roast organic chicken goes down well, when we are feeling really flush then we have some Tasmanian Salmon ... Farmed, not wild, but still very tasty with some salad.

I can't remember my last slice of bread or bit of pasta ... not missing the grains one bit after a few months of low carbing.

ohter standards are nuts, avocados, (or wholly guacamole snack packs), sugar snap peas when they're in season (use in place of chips for something crunchy you can dip into creamy dips), other crudite (like celery and broccoli for same). I've found these things called "pop chips" that are rice based, tortilla sized, and about 3 carbs and 15 cals - (the cheddar 'flavored' ones) - break those up and they work for dips also. i always keep salad ingredients on hand (spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, feta, red onions, parmesan and a wide variety of dressings), beef jerky, atkins bars (for when the sweet tooth strikes), a few russell stover sugar-free candies (for when I want a taste, but only 50 cals or so).. I think thats it - I do a lot of proteins (roasted chicken, broiled or grilled chops/steaks, salmon, shrimp, tuna), and then either have them with a veggie or with a salad. Sometimes I make casseroles (prety much anything with pasta, use yellow/zucchini squash or spaghetti squash), i do stuffed peppers alot but haven't lately..

coconut milk, coconut oil, butter.. I would switch out the chicken tenderlion for just chicken thighs.. cheaper/more flavor/higher fat.... sausage.. I use spinach as my vegg.. but caluliflower and brocoli are good... I try to aim for meat (any kind will do as long as it just meat)...and veggies... some oil to cook in... heavy cream for coffee...Thats all I kinda eat.. except when I eat everything else

Low carb stuff I keep prepped in my fridge for a snack or a quick meal:

Celery sticks, grilled chicken, and sour cream mixed with Buffalo hot sauce for dipping

    Deviled eggs

Cooked ground beef, spring mix, shredded cabbage, jalapenos, sour cream, and salsa mexicana - taco salad

Cream cheese, chives, and grilled salmon- cheese ball rolled in almond slivers, with cucumber slices.

Shredded cheese, diced ham, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and eggs- I eat a LOT of omelettes (cooked in coconut oil of course!)

Chicken Caesar salad- raw broccoli instead of croutons

Whole milk fresh mozzarella slices, fresh basil, fresh tomato slices, drizzle of olive oil and fresh cracked pepper, and a bit of balsamic vinegar (if I can spare the carbs for the day)

Thin sliced strips of fresh zucchini ready to steam up and use in place of pasta noodles - chicken fettuccine alfredo!
