Just saw this recipe posted on the recipes thread. Looks perfect for SBD. I haven't tried it yet, but will in the next couple of days and will report back.
These are by far the best protein pancakes I've ever had!!!! Not flat and gross like most I've tried!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 stevia packets
1/2 t. vanilla
Directions:
mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir just until they are mixed well. do not overstir.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into skillet. cook as you would with other pancakes.
I used sugar free syrup on mine. You could top with fruit, etc...
I'm thinking of making up quite a few to have ready in the mornings! They are that good!!!!
Makes 3 pancakes
125 calories
4 g carbs
2 g fat
23 g protein
3 g sugar

I'm thinking about tweaking it, using EAS advantedge protein drink in place of the protein powder and almond milk, to cut the sugar down even further.0

Ok....so I have been making this Turkey Bean Chili for a year now. I find it so so good. I freeze half and always have some in the fridge for those days I haven't planned a meal. It is quick to heat and serve AND I think it just might be allowed in Phase 1!!!!!!
Does anyone see why it would NOT be allowed in Phase 1????
