So I finally started

It's been pouring all day today, I mean like since 3am it's been raining cattle, sheep, horses, cats, dogs, alligators, you name it, so I couldn't get out to the gym today so I forced myself to (finally) start 30DS. I had to pause it 3 times to catch my breath and wipe the sweat from my eyes but I finished it. My legs and arms feel like absolute pudding ( I could go for some pudding right now LOL) and I'm REALLY hoping it gets easier as I go on. I almost fell in the shower so needless to say I took my shower sitting down with almost freezing cold water hitting me in the face(suprisingly refreshing).
I do have a question though, has anyone else ever felt nauseous afterwards? I had eaten breakfast like 2.5 hours before (I can't work out on a full stomach I will vomit) but by the time I was done, I was dizzy and slightly nauseous. After I ate something I felt fine (had lean cut ham, turkey and cheese -- lots of protein) so maybe that was it?

You should always have something in your tummy before a workout, because you need the energy, but some people can't work out on a full stomach, like me, so I wait an hour or so before I do anything.0
