This is hard!

I'm only on day 2 of week one. This is really hard but I'm not going to let myself quit. My 10 year old daughter is doing it with me which helps. If she wasn't with me today I'm not sure I would have finished. I don't want her to see me give up and this is a good thing for her to do too. I was a little ambitious. We walked to the bike trail instead of driving or running in the neighborhood. So I pretty much added 30 minutes of walking on top of today's running. I think that was just too much! I'm not sure how I'm going to make myself get off this couch and clean and go grocery shopping!

Hang in there, I just did day 2 of week 1 yesterday too. Maybe you are trying to go too fast?

Feel free to friend me if you want some support. I'm sure we could both use it!

Day two of EVERY week was the hardest for me. I'd breeze through day one and think, "I GOT THIS!!!" Then day two would come along and kick me in the backside and I'd be certain I'd have to repeat the week. But day three would be so much better that two days later, I'd progress to the next week.
