Back on the wagon

Today is the day that I am climbing back on the wagon. I was on vacation for a week and I always give myself permission to not count calories or stick to a strict exercise schedule while on vacation. However, the week after vacation always kills me. It's like I fall into a mini-depression when I have to go back to work and get back into my routine. So I spent last week (week after vacation) eating anything sugary that I could get my hands on and didn't even manage to walk to the corner and back for exercise.

So, today it is time to climb back up on the wagon. I tracked my food, have a plan to exercise at least a little bit today. Hopefully putting this out there in public will help me overcome the inertia of getting back on a healthy track.
