How's everyone doing with their planks?? I'm a little behind, but I'll log more this week! How is your core feeling? :drinker:

I'm 13/60 so far. Did 2:40 regular plus 20seconds left side plank tonight, attempted right side, but my body is so sore from 5 miles run walk yesterday and 5 mile walk today.0

AHHHHH!!!! I had no time to do my planks this morning!! Im sure I wont get to do them tonight so it will be double torture tomorrow!! Ill do 5 minutes, it might take me 15 minutes but I'LL DO THEM! lol0

I can still feel the reverse plank in my upper arms a bit today. Wonder if my form was correct....

I'm at 20/60. I was doing lo planks only, now I do high planks as well. My core feels better and stronger but I'm not progressing on my length of time at a stretch that I would like. Will keep working on it!0
