Winter Bear

Fall and Winter are almost here - time to begin bulking up again. looking for suggestions on calorie dense foods without adding too too much carbs and sat. fat. Any diet/Meal plans to put me over 3,000 w/o geting sloppy??

Also beginning a 2 month 5x5 plan for my initial strength/bulk

    Up your milk intake - one way to get plenty of healthy calories. Full fat as well. Not full fat for the calories, but for everything else that gets removed when they skim it.

    I usually add in whole milk, olive oil, and peanut butter right off the bat.

    But other than that, just up your protein.

    that being said, I gain weight the best when I slam carbs like crazy.
