+ workout bench routine

50 leg lifts

    That's definitely a good start, but you will probably get bored with it pretty fast. You will also make better progress by doing a wider variety of exercises. I would suggest alternating crunches with other ab exercises, like side bends, oblique twists, etc. and make sure that you mix up your bench routine too. Variety will keep you motivated. To mix up your cardio you could try swimming one day a week, cycling or dance for 30 minutes.
