Do you know approx. how many calories we are burning during the 30DS?

    Per my polar HRM I burned 275 kcal day 1 and 2, and this morning I burned 300 kcal. I timed it from warm-up through cool down.

    64 in
    157 lbs

    Hmm... I've been logging between 180-220 depending on the day. I think my battery might be getting old but I don't believe I'm burning much more than that.

    I definitely feel like I'm burning 275-300!! I also use 8 or 10 lb weights.
