What is your motivation to loose weight?!?

Here's some tips to keep yourself motivated to continue your mission:

1. Be accountable to others.
2. Be accountable to yourself
3. Change your perception of exercise
4. Make exercise enjoyable
5. Enjoy your food
6. Picture it
7. Reflect

I think as we go day to day, we are wishing for fast results when in reality, the fact that you NOTICE the problem areas of your body, your fitness levels is a HUGE step already. When we make the decision to change our bodies, elevate our fitness levels, and make positive more effective changes, than we succeed in our goals. So grab onto what your motivator is, and keep it near you at all times. I am motivated everytime I walk into my closet and see $100's of dollars worth of clothes in my closet, I haven't been able to fit since my divorce. Then I look in my wallet, and see 0 dollars to buy more. LOL That's my motivation, to fit back into my clothes and WEAR ANYTHING I want :)

    Turning 40 next year is my motivation. When you get older you realize it isn't only about being cute. I don't what to have hypertension and diabetes and other illneses that are in my family line.
