Just Kicked Week 5 Day 3's @$$!

Hello All! I've been dreading it since starting week 1 day 1.... the 20 min run of Week 5...
Well I'm happy to say that I just completed it! I've never ever ever been a runner, athletic yes, runner heck no and now I feel like one!!! Was I fast? Not particularly, but steady yes, my 2 miles had an 8 second difference in time - Mile 1 - 13:09, Mile 2 - 13:17 :happy:
In all it wasn't as terrible as I thought it was going to be proving to myself what I have been reading since joining this awesome group, that the hard part is mostly mental.
