Hey everyone! So I completed C25k tonight, woop!
I have been doing it in time rather than distance, but I decided I would go the whole 5k tonight. I did this is 32 mins 33 seconds, which I am very happy about. I have an official 5k on the 30th September, and I wanted some advise on how to improve my time. Do I just keep doing the distance and see if I get better? Should I increase distance / time period? Help! I'd like to get it under 32mins as a starting point.
Thanks in advance.
