Tuna and cottage cheese omelet

High protein and very tasty omelet

1/2 small raw oinion
1/2 can of light tuna in water
3 extra large eggs
3 tsp of 1% cottage cheese
spices

Mix all together and cook it in the pan like usual.

364 cal, 10g carb, 19g fat, 44g protein, 1g fiber, 5g sugar

you can use smaller or less eggs for less fat
