How many grams of carbs per day

Can someone please help me out. How many grams of carbs should I be eating per day? I dont want to cut them out totally, but am after a guide to low carb.

I dont eat bread, potato, pasta, rice etc but am a little upset that my favourite little apple has so many carbs in it :(

    After trying so hard to stay around 20 grams and not being real successful, I discovered for me that around 70 grams and staying around my calorie count has worked well. It is just a matter of finding which range works for you. Start kind of low and keep adding a few each day to see where your limit may be.

    It depends on what you want... 50-100 is good ... Keto diets are < 30... I really depends on how strict you wanna be with carbs. I try to stay real low as in <30 carbs per day (ok but not today :) ) cause the lower I am the better I feel and the less cravings I have...

  • Thanks for that. I have started Tony Ferguson but the shakes have more 27grams per serve! I thought it was a low carb diet... How wrong am I. Ah well, it seems to be working for me at the moment. But if I hit a lull I will definately be cutting the shakes right out!
