curious, 2lb/week losses? anyone?

I'm only asking out of pure curiosity but has anyone here seen consistent 2lb a week loses following EM2WL? (I understand it isnt supposed to be used for fast losses/quick fixes).

    I haven't seen this happen as yet, although someone may come forwards and say they have.

    For 2lb fat loss per week there needs to be a calorie deficit of 7,000 cals per week (3,500 cals per lb fat). This means having a 1,000 calorie deficit every day. EM2WL suggests having a deficit of around 300 cals per day (i.e. 2,100 cals per week = 0.6 lb per week). So people following the EM2WL guidelines should only in theory lose 0.6 lbs of fat per week.
