Am I doing this right?

Just started low carbing and am not sure if I am doing this right. I have been logging my food ahead of time to achieve the right amt of fat & carbs. I do understand the importance of healthy fats but calories really frighten me. I am only 5'2" and weigh 130 lbs so I have set my calorie goal at 1300..

I would like to have others look at my food diary for yesterday and today and tell me if I am doing this correctly.

Thanks in advance!!

Looks good to me! Just make sure you eat all the stuff you are planning on eating and don't leave things out.

If you get hungry and have eaten everything you've planned, go for the higher calorie snack and not the higher carb one. Have some lunch meat or a hard boiled egg and don't feel bad about it!

Looks good. I like that it looks like actual meals or real food.

Thanks guys for taking the time. I love the idea clean eating and ridding myself of processed foods.
I'm just so nervous about calories and have never thought of fat as being an asset to weight loss.

I've lost weight using MFP and the low cal/low fat approach. It worked for me but I have yo yo'd myself with the same lbs for over a year now. Fortunately I'm still down 17 lbs from where I initially started.

    Anyway,
    Thanks again!!
