MFP works! Target weight acheived!

Started MFP on 6/24 and today I hit my initial goal weight, losing 23 lbs! I'm amazed how easy it was. Sure I had to skip the occasional cookie or donut that I crave but during that time I ate most of my favorite food still, just in moderation.
Still had the occasional pizza, piece of creative cakery (best cake in the world so I can't say no), and other bad things but I also made sure I exercised my but off to offset those bad days.
Usually after a big drop in weight (this morning was 3 lbs) I'll bound up a little bit before settling at or under it so I might creep back up for a bit but I'm sure P90X will keep me going in the right direction.
Now I'm going to be focusing more on my body fat %. I'm sure my "ideal" weight is still 5 or 10 lbs less but I care more about my body composition at this point rather than weight. I'm around 20-23% body fat now (from a pre MFP 27-30%) based on a mix of online calculators and using calipers at home. I'd love to drop that in half but will consider P90X a success as long as I drop it another 25% or so to be close to or under 15%.

yes MFP does work without a doubt!! I used it after the birth of my 2nd and 3rd child and it made it a lot easier to loose and maintain my weight all this timeconsistency and commitment is the key
