My Reset Update

Here is my update from my reset

I know some of us would like to see numbers here-
Im 5" 5.5.Im on week 3 of reset.I worked out 5 times a week,3-4 days of lifting 1-2 days of cardio/yoga/hiking(burned an average of 200 calories a day-cut down my workouts to half)

overall inches lost 3.5, im eating 550 calories more than i did before.WIN!!!!!!:drinker:
Cant wait to see the results of cut.
My weight has stabilized,i might do one more week of reset or cut next week,im planning a 10% cut for 2 weeks and 1 week of maintainance and repeat this until this year end.

Im positve that this will work for me-in the end it doesnt matter how much you weigh-all that matters is how you look and how healthy you feel :heart:

  • Congratulations! 3.5 inches lost is great! I agree that how you look and feel is far more important than the number on the scale, which is why I officially retired mine yesterday. It's all about the measuring tape now...(and my goal jeans)!
