Hard on my knees

I love JMBR. I am in week 10. My biggest complaint, though, is my knees often hurt. All that jumping and squatting...ouch. Anyone have any tips for knee pain?

    Hey Navy Bean...I will be starting Phase 2 this week. In any of her jumping moves...I just try to do a variation (even if it means staying on the ground) to avoid injury to the knees. I have had 5 knee surgeries...so I listen to that part of my body fairly well!

    I have kind of found that the squatting (and really concentrating on form with my *kitten* behind me) has helped with strengthening muscles around my knee. I may not be in sinc with her every move...but I am concentrating on form.

    I have the same problem, especially doing the cardio disks. I started taking the Lakota Joint Care and it seems to be helping. My knees are still really creaky but they don't hurt as bad.
