My weekly weigh in, still losing, hooray
Today's weight is 223.2 lbs [15st 13.5lbs]
So I am under 16 stones, only just but now I can honestly say I weigh a bit over 15 stones :bigsmile:
I think my belly is going down at last, I do not possess a tape measure, but my belt has gone from 6th [emergency] hole to 3rd hole. still got 2 more holes to go, and another stone to lose to be officially "overweight"
Anyway, a happy boy this morning
