Replacing / modifing chestflyies w. resistance cable

I borrowed my copy of JMBR and do not have the resistance cable, instead I use a rubberband. It worked well doing workout 2 but for the chestflies in workout 3 it falls short. Now, is this move a chest or back excersise? I was thinking about doing chest fly on the floor or dumbell rows. What do you suggest?

It's both chest and back. So maybe round 1 do chest flies on the floor, and then round two something for your back?0

I would do a standing dumbbell rear fly. Or if you have an exercise ball, you can lay your stomach on the bal and do the rear flies that way as well.0

in phase 3 we do a locust type of fly with the weight, i feel that would be sufficient to do the backside if you're going to do chest flys on the ground.0
