    lol @ verptwerp

Yeah tomorrow it is! I have a concert/dinner tonight so today was out of the question. Fridge is stocked and I made my tukey bean chili yesterday. I tried to take pictures as I made it so I could post on here, but I forgot a few steps so it wasn't worth it  (cooking the food was more important) ;)

I have spent much of today making foods and freezing when possible. Just finished quiche cups and have sugar-free jello in fridge. I'm doing tuna spread and salmon spread next. I will weigh in 1st thing tomorrow morning. Best wishes to everyone.

    SUNDAY AFTERNOON ......

Did a bit of yoga earlier, then went to the gym for cardio & weights ......

Then went foodshopping with my list in my hand ...... it was an effort not to pick up fruit !

I plan out my meals ahead of time ...... breakfast is always the same ....... lunches are leftovers from the night before ....... and then I see what's available for dinner, so I can defrost something, or pick it up at the market ......

Was dragging my feet about doing Phase 1, but now I'm glad ...... things have gotten a little too free & easy here at the castle

One meal at a time, one day at a time ..... JUST DO IT !

Well, I went ahead and started today. First day down. I did well today. Here's is what my day of food looked like:

B: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, slice of cheese, coffee with sugar free creamer
L: can of tuna in water (drained) mixed with 2 slices pickles diced, 3 jalepenos diced, 1 Tbsp olive oil mayo, 1/2 c lettuce; sugar free jello cup
S: light string cheese; orange, red, & yellow bell peppers, raw cauliflower with lowfat ranch dip
D: flourless chicken fajitas, sugar free fudgesicle

And so far I've had about 62 oz of water.

Please tell me if something I had was not supposed to be on phase 1.
I forgot to weigh in this morning before I ate, but yesterdays weigh in was 214.

Good luck to those starting tomorrow!!

@4given4life Great day and really good job on the water!! I am not sure what the nutrition content looks like on the low fat ranch dressing, but I was wondering what I could dip my chicken in today and thought of ranch, but my SBD app states:

You can enjoy up to 2 tbsp of salad dressing on all phases of the SBD. Choose prepared varieties that contain monounsaturated or polyunsatruated oils, such as olive oil or canola oil, and that have 3 g of sugar or less per serving. Store bought dressings labeled low-carb should only be used if they meet they guidelines.

I plan to use Newman's Own oil & vinegar dressing, when needed.

This particular lite ranch has 2g sugar per 2 Tbsp. I decided to have a little snack tonight so I have made me a cup of decaf coffee and I am trying the recipe in the book for the Mocha ricotta creme. It's pretty good. I didn't know how it was going to be eating ricotta cheese for dessert.

Caliecat, I don't think carrots are allowed on phase one because of their sugar content, but I think we can go back to them in phase 2.
