Warm Up Before Jumping on the Pole

Hey ladies! I was wondering how many of you do a warm up before poling? Obviously I do ones at class but I can never remember them when I'm at home. I was hoping someone had suggestions of what they do...for example:

A pole friend of mine writes out a list on a white board and it consists of push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, etc... repeats twice and then jumps on the pole.

What does anyone else do?

i usually just stretch and do a warmup to a slower song before really getting into it. nothing too serious

I'm the same, I always forget the warms ups I do in class. I can remember some of the stretches though so I usually do ten minutes of stretching before getting on the pole.

I normally do 10/15 mins on the crosstrainer and then a few stretches.

I normally do stretches, some of our strength training moves, and then a routine that we use as our warm up in class.

Streching and pole walks - around and turns.
Then basic holds and beginner spins.
