Sooo apparently I graduated Couch to 5k and didn't even know it! I was a few weeks away from the end but I had such a great run at my triathlon last week, I said screw it and ran with just my music today figuring I could walk whenever I needed to. Next thing I knew, I looked up and was back at home and I had run the whole three mile loop by my house and could have kept going. Downloading the bridge to 10k app right now...

    Congrats!

    I will be running day 2 of week 6 tomorrow! Looking to forward to seeing how the longer runs go together.
