Hi! I am trying to get back on track and get healthy. I have been trying to adapt more of a whole foods, plant based diet. I am not committing right now to becoming vegan or vegetarian full time, but I am looking for alternatives and limiting animal foods. I watched Forks over Knives and Food Inc. and they really got to me!! I am tired, overweight, and feel like crap all the time, and I am ready for a change. In the last week since I re-committed myself I lost almost 5 pounds!

Thanks for the group, and I am looking forward to getting some good advice and making some friends!
