Oh yeah! the end is near. Heading down the home stretch, the finish line is just ahead.

With the final weigh-in in just 14 days this is your last chance to BRING IT!

    Shoulders chest and triceps with Ab Ripper X done. 340 cal Burn
    Find it very difficult to keep bringing it.I am actually looking forward to when this programme is finished Think I'll start a weights programme then Just to mix it up..:wink:

    Since everyone is kinda missing i'll make sure to keep checking in. I did Plyo today cut it short and >> to cool down because I didn't want to go over 400 Cals I burned 232 earlier...Still did most of the workout and still at 142.5lbs yay!! My weight would yo-yo so seeing that less workout has brought it down and kept it down i'm taking it easy, but still here!!

    Kenpo my fave, did some P90X now the scale says i gained -_-..I'm done lol I can't deal with this scale...

    Keep up the good work tho I see you are working hard.

    Shea I'm not going to weigh myself until after the P90x challenge.Final week for me on lean schedule
    Day 1 – Yoga X (Not doing this.) :devil: Did run today instead.
    Day 2 – Core Synergistics
    Day 3 – Kenpo X
    Day 4 – X Stretch
    Day 5 – Cardio X
    Day 6 – Yoga X
    Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
    Keep pressing play!!!:bigsmile:

    the final weigh in is on the 30th but do it whenever you complete it!
