Shoulders chest and triceps with Ab Ripper X done. 340 cal Burn
Find it very difficult to keep bringing it.I am actually looking forward to when this programme is finished Think I'll start a weights programme then Just to mix it up..0 -

Since everyone is kinda missing i'll make sure to keep checking in. I did Plyo today cut it short and >> to cool down because I didn't want to go over 400 Cals I burned 232 earlier...Still did most of the workout and still at 142.5lbs yay!! My weight would yo-yo so seeing that less workout has brought it down and kept it down i'm taking it easy, but still here!!0 -

Day 6 – Yoga X
Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
