I didnt do a start weight. I know I have been scared to jump back on that scale. I will do it for the next weigh in for sure!0

Well, its been a week since I started C25K and I've lost a pound. One pound. I guess its better than nothing. I didn't do starting measurements but as of today I am:
146lbs, 5'7''
waist- 30
hips- 38.5
thigh- 23.5 each
I was out of town visiting family for about a week so I missed a work out and didn't eat as well as I should. Here's to a better week! Good luck all!0
