Good egg cups

There are 101 different recipes for egg cups/crustless quiche, etc...
I came across this one this weekend and made up a batch - I normally grab and go 2 hard boiled egg whites (don't like hard boiled egg yolk) & some sausage for breakfast so this was a way to change it up...
I followed her steps pretty exactly (right down to the brand of egg whites...although no Ms. Dash - I used Trader Joe 21 seasoning blend) - very very good. Next time I make it I am really going to fill the cups with chopped spinach and red pepper - I thought I filled them pretty good but I could have shoved in more I think
