FItBit One vs. FitBit Ultra?

I've been reading up on FitBit's and debating on purchasing for the last 2 years. So I went to their website and saw there is a new FitBit One coming out, shipping in Oct. When I look at the stats for the One and the Ultra, they look like they do the same exact things. And cost the same, just different colors. I can't find anything on the website about "comparing" the 2, or why one is better than the other. Anyone seen this or know what might be different?

    It looks like the alarm is the only difference on the One. If that is worth it to you, wait, if not, go for it. Looks like the zip would be a good lower cost alternative for those who do not use the stairs feature. They also said the one is a bit less like a "clothespin" but I do not find the Ultra too clunky, I love it!

    I'm not to fussed about the new (but cheaper) FitBit Zip, but the Fit Bit One is a nice upgrade with the bluetooth connectivity to sync to my iPhone app and the silent alarm.

    Basic differences -
    The One™ is also rain, splash, and sweat-proof, allowing you to brave the elements. (the Ultra isn't)
    The One™ automatically syncs your data to PCs, Macs, the iPhone 4S, 5, the 3rd generation iPad, iPod touch,and – coming soon – select Android phones. (The Ultra only syncs via USB)
    The sleep chart looks different but not sure if that's a software or hardware change.
    The One™ has more buttons!

    Looks like they cost the same. The Ultra uses a base station connected to the computer with USB, but wirelessly syncs with the Fitbit Ultra, using who knows or cares what... The One comes with an itty bitty Bluetooth dongle for a PC, but can sync with any bluetooth(v4 aka Bluetooth Smart)) device it's paired to. So I'm sold on getting a Fitbit, but I think I'll get the Aria scales first and then once I've upgraded my 2 year old Android to one that supports Bluetooth v4.
