Week of September 17th Challenge!

Hi Everyone!
Congrats to the only competitor who completed (and reported back) last week's challenge and earned a flower for staying in the green! :

Wow! Let's get motivated! (I am talking to myself as well). Let Alana be a motivator to pick ourselves up and get back in the swing of things! We have goals everyone and this weight isn't going to lose itself. Welcome to all of the new people! It is a new week so let's start a new challenge. Activity on the board is starting to pick back up! Don't forget to check out the "new to the workout" section.
This week the goal is to get in 20 miles of cardio-- 10 of those miles on an incline! You can walk/jog/run (if you bike just count minutes like the classes) If 20 miles is too much and you are just starting out try for 10 miles. Those of you who love your classes (zumba etc.) let's shoot for 340 minutes of exercise! If you are just starting out try for 170 minutes.

*** Bonus!! Stay in the green for your food log 6 days this week and earn a bonus flower on the leader board!***
*** if you finished the goals but didn't check back in time -- remember that I collect data on Sunday night turn in your results to be included on the leader board ***

yay! Another week down!!! I stay in the green, and I have been able to do that for about a month now. My NEXT goal is to figure out how to lose two pounds a week instead of one! Here is what I PLAN to try:
1) additional exercise. a walk at night, or even stop by the Y and climb on the elliptical on my way home.
2) Make sure I am tracking EVERY bite, so those 4 or 5 pretzel sticks, or the 2 green olives---staying under 1500 no matter what!
3) water---keep drinking water!
Who's with me? Who can stay under this week? Who can exercise every day?
