Whats the difference, I'm confused!!

Hey Everyone
If I have missed this explanation before, sorry!! :ohwell:
I see all the different terms being used but they all sound like the same thing.. so help me understand Whats the difference between... Eating Maintenance, Eating TDEE, Diet Break, and bulking (ONLY speaking of calorie intake.)

From a cal standpoint, they're all the same, except bulk, which is above TDEE.

Maintenance is eating at TDEE.
Diet break is eating at TDEE for a short time (usually a week or so) every 4-6 weeks while eating at a deficit to lose weight (also known as cycling).
Bulking is eating above TDEE (usually 200-300 calories/day) to gain muscle (you also gain fat).0 -
