And I LOVE to cook, perhaps more than many, and since I'm currently unemployed, there's plenty of time to do so. My problem with eating better is getting bored. Who has some insanely delicious recipes to assist in this not occurring? Any advice is appreciated.

This roasted broccolli recipe was surprisingly great:

also, my favorite snack right now,
is tomato sandwich,
with a dab of mustard,
a tablespoon of wheat germ for extra nutrition,
using two slices of TOASTED HealthyLife Omega3, flaxseed hi-fiber bread only 40 calories per slice:
That whole snack only about 120 calories and i get 8 grams of protein for it!!:drinker: It's quick, easy, not expensive, very nutritious, and it helps me get yet another veggie in.0
