My Keto Hypothesis

As you know from chapter one of your high school science text, forming a hypothesis is just one part of the scientific method that includes research, experimentation, data gathering and analysis, and concluding. (Notice that posting threads on discussion boards is not on that list.) This is my keto hypothesis.
Eating High Fat Low Carb or High Protein Low Carb is an easy rule to follow (no complicated point counting or slide rulers.) and when followed, gives you a steady energy level and reduced hunger cravings, and therefore ease the task of controlling snacking and portion sizes.
