Kettlebell

Just bought a 20lb adjustable kettlebell. It was on clearance, and dumbbells are just so expensive. I work out at home and I need to add some heavier weights to my routine. I'll do some kettlebell exercises with this but mainly I want to use it for weight-lifting. I can do upright rows, squats, probably some careful lunges and bicep curls--what else?

I checked out the website. Love it. I have a number of free weights at home so I am using those instead of going and buying Kettlebells. Anything to keep me moving!!0

I love kettlebell swing...I have a Tracy Reifkind DVD and she kicks my butt. It is the best of both cardio and strength training. You can burn up to 1200 calories an hour doing it.0
