Cycle 1 Questions/Frustrations

I am on Day 10 of C1. I am strictly following this diet and have not had any weight loss. I feel as though I eat plenty as I am never hungry. I drink at least 8 eight ounce servings of pure water (not including the green tea). I keep track of all of my food, drinks and exercise on My Fitness Pal. On most days I am not reaching a net (calories consumed less calories burned during exercise) calorie level of 1200. I exercise everyday, on average 30 minutes, cardio (running/walking) 4 days and circuit training with a personal trainer the other three.
Not sure what I am doing wrong. It sounds crazy but should I stop the exercising?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I would not stop exercising. Are you drinking the hot water with lemon every morning?

I saw one problem with your diet. You are on cycle one but you had yams for dinner. Yams are a starch not allowed until cycle 2 and then must be eaten BEFORE 2 pm. Check out this link for a good list to print and follow (keep it on your fridge for each cycle).

  • I've read a tonne of postings where people are doing extreme exercises but not eating nearly enough for the amount of exercise or the intensity...
the intensity may be too much which may be why too...
the first time I stuck strickly to walking and lost 15lbs..in the first cycle..the second time I did it.. I gained or maintained after a certain point and i kicked up my exercise...
after a long duration from this, I've restarted and sticking with the strict eating and just simple exercises...
Good luck, hope you've started to see the results...or will soon!! :)
