Stage 6 at home chin up question

I am half way through stage five and have done all of it at home so far. For those of you that do NROL at home, what did you do, or what do you plan to do for the chin-ups? Is there a reasonably priced bar that you purchased, or has anyone gotten creative and figured out another way to do this? Thanks in advance for any tips or ideas! :flowerforyou:

Hi Heather. Im only in stage 2 BUT I plan on buying a chin up bar from modells Or from Amazon for 30 bucks. Its temporary and you can take it down when your finished your chin ups

I'm only just about to start stage 3 but work out at home. I purchased one of the multi grip pull up bars. I think they are often called door gyms. I got mine from amazon for about £300

Thanks for the info, Girlie100! Last night I tried out my children's monkey bars on their fort in the back yard. They just weren't wide enough to get my hands outside of shoulder width, and I'm not sure it would support my weight. :noway:0
