Week3 Day1

I had just finished W2D3 when I came down with bronchitis. Knocked me off my feet for a full week! Even while running a fever, I felt horrible that I was missing my runs.
I waited until this morning (9 days later) to start back up. I thought I may have to repeat W2 since I hadn't done anything at all for over a week, but I decided to go ahead and give W3D1 a try. I sailed through it! So easily that I had to keep checking to make sure I'd done the right work-out!
Did a little *happy dance* when I finished. Felt so good.
Every time a milestone passes, I am floored at how easy this has become. Less than a year ago, I gave the program a try and was unable to get through Day1. What a difference living healthier makes.
