I just completed W1D1 and it's harder than I thought. I mean, I go on the treadmill 3-6 times a week anyway, but I usually just do power-walking on it. I did it at a lower speed than I usually do and it was only small jogs, but it was such a workout! Disappointed at my lack of fitness, but super excited to be a part of a program that will hopefully transform my running!
