Im thinking a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter and a some fresh fruit, but this could change between now and then.

Fruit ...in my green smoothie for breakfast. And AK MAKS for lunch...an Ak Mak Dietz and Watson roast beef sammy ... just a noisy little lunch.0

I haven't really thought about it. I've done really well. I haven't had any real cravings per say. Hubby brought home birthday cake from work and I was more hurt than hungry. I get that he doesn't understand the struggle since he's never dealt with being overweight, he's always fought to gain, but I guess I'm just emotional right now, don't know.0
