Im thinking a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter and a some fresh fruit, but this could change between now and then.

    I haven't really thought about it. I've done really well. I haven't had any real cravings per say. Hubby brought home birthday cake from work and I was more hurt than hungry. I get that he doesn't understand the struggle since he's never dealt with being overweight, he's always fought to gain, but I guess I'm just emotional right now, don't know.

    Now, I think I want an apple...not thrown into my green drink either. I want to bite into a nice sweet juicy apple...wow, that sounds devine.
