Plan your exercise for tomorrow, today!

If you can plan a time into your schedule to exercise tomorrow, today, then you are much more likely to assure that it gets done. Plan a time when the kids will be sleeping, at school, or taken care of by another adult. What time works best for you? Take a brisk walk. Jog. Hit the gym. Or...do it with your kids. Go to a park, and set up a race. Make sure you really run, move, jump. Set up an obstacle course. Plan what you will do tomorrow, now!
