Does anyone do parts of this workout at home? I have weights and two bars. I also have dumbells and a step. Is it practical at all?

I do all of mine at home. I bought a weight set cheap on craigslist and I had the rest of the stuff, like the stability ball and mat. It is dueable.0

Same for me!! I am finishing up stage 5 this week and have done it all at home.0

I do most of it at home, but I outgrew my dumbbells fast. So most workouts that require a lot of dumbbell work that I can't substitute the oly bar for, I do at my work gym.0

Awesome! Thanks for the response guys! I want to start at home because I work on a military base and everyone in the weight room are male sailors and Marines. I feel a bit intimidated. I at least want to get the form right so I don't look too out of place lol0

Don't be afraid of those boys!
I work out on base, and it's.. deeelightful.
Except for the fact that no one ever deracks their weights, they're usually quite helpful. And motivational. I love lifting more, going harder, or seeing someone doing something awesome awesome that I would like to do.
Plus, especially with all those marines it's gonna be easy on the eyes.0 -
Funny - I just posted this in the general fitness area of the boards recently. A lot of good responses.

Awesome! I was a DT/HM when I was in. I work for the Navy now as a dental Hygienist. Where is he stationed?0 -
He's Reserves now. Prior to going off to FMF he did a bunch of PT at home to get up to Marine standards, so my home gym already has a pull-up bar. Now to build the rest of it...0

Here is a great article for variations that might work for you at home. I do some of them because my gym does not have a squat rack.
